At You.inc, an installation at Eldae in Bergen in August 2027, a visitor puts on AR glasses and meets a double speaking in their own voice. An encounter about family, work, love, and the question they have learned to ask without asking it.

An unnamed observer enters You.inc at Eldae, Bergen, in August 2027. The installation and its capabilities are the user's speculative fictional premise. First-person narration; the double uses the same voice and sometimes the same first-person pronoun. Recognition must occur through the visitor's participation, resistance, and correction. The encounter should reach the visitor's originating habits of thought without requiring the narrator to certify that a predictive model has discovered a metaphysical essence.

Requested reference: Doris Lessing, specifically terse, observant, clear prose with simple necessary sentences. Attend to social dependence, ordinary evasions, work, family, love, disappointment, and pleasure. Avoid identifying physical traits, ages, gender assignments, occupations, named relatives, diagnostic labels, a catalogue of every life stage, and an explanatory closing moral. Universality means recognizable relations; it need not mean abstract dialogue.

The room, procedure, intake, exact reconstructed voice, AR double, ten-minute exchange, fifteen-minute appointment, disappearance, and fictional local cache purge come from the prompt. Newly invented personal incidents belong to the fictional visitor.
